Turkish get up

(alternating arms each time, starting on your weakest side complete a total of 20 reps)


5 Rounds for time, of;

- 12 HSPU

- 25 Ab mat sit ups

(If you are unable to do full range of motion HSPU you must do SHOULDER PRESS at 25kg/30kg)
