Find your Heaviest 1 Rep

-High Hang Snatch

There can be NO FORWARD lean, we’re teaching vertical position! Jumping from the pockets position and pulling under the barbell.

 

SKILL 2

Find your Heaviest 1 Rep

-Snatch Balance with Pause

Carrying on from last week we are trying to encourage not catching in a power position, but instead pull under the barbell into a full overhead squat.

The Barbell starts on the back of the shoulders. Short dip, Drive the body under the bar into overhead squat position, locking out the arms.

This week we are adding in a 3 second pause in the bottom of the overhead squat before standing up out of the squat.
