Getting Started

We require all new members to complete our On-Ramp before joining the regular CrossFit Classes.

 

WHAT IS THE ON-RAMP?

The On-Ramp is an introduction to CrossFit. It is a One Hour skill based session, focusing on technique.

After completion of your On-Ramp you then have access to attend any of our CrossFit and Speciality Classes.
 

WHEN CAN I START?

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

£75
The £75.00 is required in cash at the start of the On-Ramp session. This covers the On-Ramp session and one months unlimited membership from the date of your first session.

 FREE TASTER SESSION

We also offer a free taster session for anyone wanting to try a class before joining the On-Ramp.
Taster sessions are held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 6.30pm. Spaces are limited so please email us: info@crossfitcentralmanchester.co.uk

Please only attend the Taster Session that you are booked into, for health and safety reasons we cannot accommodate people just turning up.

EXPERIENCED at CrossFit?

If you are transferring from another affiliate or have been training CrossFit on your own and are familiar with the movements, then please let us know when you contact us so that we can arrange an assessment to establish what level you are currently at.
