We require all new members to complete our On-Ramp before joining the regular CrossFit Classes.
WHAT IS THE ON-RAMP?
The On-Ramp is an introduction to CrossFit which last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on ability, with one of our Head trainers.
After completion of the session you’ll then be able to attend any of our CrossFit classes.

You choose! Let us know what day and time suits you and we can get you booked in.

This covers the On-Ramp session and one months unlimited membership from the date of your first session.

We also offer a free taster session for anyone wanting to try a class before joining the On-Ramp.

Please only attend the Taster Session that you are booked into, for health and safety reasons we cannot accommodate people just turning up.
EXPERIENCED at CrossFit?
If you are transferring from another affiliate or have been training CrossFit on your own and are familiar with the movements, then please let us know when you contact us. This way we can arrange a one to one session so that we can assess your level.
