 FREE TASTER SESSION

We offer a free taster session for anyone wanting to try a class before joining the On-Ramp.
Taster sessions are held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at either 7am, 12pm or 7.30pm. Spaces are limited so please email us: info@crossfitcentralmanchester.co.uk

Please only attend the Taster Session that you are booked into, for health and safety reasons we cannot accommodate people turning up outside their allotted time.

We require all new members to complete our On-Ramp before joining the regular CrossFit Classes.

 

WHAT IS THE ON-RAMP?

The On-Ramp is an hour-long Introductory Session designed to teach you the fundamental movements required to participate in our regular CrossFit classes.

Your On-Ramp will be arranged at a time convenient to you, with one of our highly-skilled coaches.
During the On-Ramp we focus on technique, using light barbells, so no prior fitness or strength requirements apply, CrossFit is for EVERYONE.

Once your On-Ramp session is complete you are able to take part in any class on our schedule!

We hold On-Ramps throughout the week. Please email us to arrange yours!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

£80
The £80.00 is required in cash at the start of the On-Ramp session. This covers the On-Ramp session and one month’s Unlimited Membership from the date of your On-Ramp.
If there is a high demand for On-Ramps you may be required to transfer the cash ahead of time in order to secure your place.

 

EXPERIENCED at CrossFit?

If you are transferring from another affiliate or have been training CrossFit on your own and are familiar with the movements, then please let us know when you contact us so that we can arrange an assessment to establish what level you are currently at.
