The ‘On-Ramp’, your introduction to the World of CrossFit.

The On-Ramp is an hour-long session where we take you back to the basics.

For complete beginners this will provide you with a foundation for the classes and for the more experienced, we can establish a baseline of your ability.

The On-Ramp is a pre-requisite for anyone new joining CrossFit Central Manchester.

You’ll also be educated in the art of scaling. There is no fast track to meaningful, substantial results. Take the time to learn the movements correctly, be consistent and you will achieve better results.

The coaches are your biggest asset, listen to them and ask questions. They have the knowledge and experience to yield result.
