Simon and Melissa are both Certified CrossFit Level 1 trainers, as well as Certified CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Gymnastics and CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting instructors.

Simon began his CrossFit adventure in Dubai in 2007 while surfing the internet and Melissa in 2008 when Simon moved to the UK and began teaching CrossFit style circuit classes. From their first experience of CrossFit, they were hooked, not only as athletes but as coaches.

Simon attended his Level 1 in 2008, the very first Level 1 in Europe and Melissa in 2009, only the second Level 1 in Europe but the first in Northern Ireland. From there they went on to open up their affiliate CrossFit Central Manchester in January 2009. Since early 2009 the goal has been to bring CrossFit to as many people as possible and grow the CrossFit community.

There greatest achievement to date is being apart of the CrossFit HQ Seminar team, where they have the chance to bring CrossFit to people all over Europe!
