SKILL

– Spend time 10 minutes improving technique in the wall ball

– Spend time warming up to the weight for the WOD

WOD

In a team of 2 complete the following for time:

– 300 Wall balls (6kg/9kg)
– Max Deadlift hold (70kg/100kg)

While one athlete is doing wall balls the other athlete is holding the top of the deadlift.

The athlete on the deadlift station must pick up the bar and call “go” before the athlete on the wall ball station can pick the ball.

As soon as the athlete drops the deadlift the athletes must change over.
