On the 1st day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– A 60kg Clean and jerk

On the 2nd day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 2 Toes to bar

On the 3rd day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 3 Wall climbs

On the 4th day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 4 Burpees please

On the 5th day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 5 Box Jumps (22″/24″)

On the 6th day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 6 Kettlebell swinging (16kg/24kg)

On the 7th day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 7 Double Unders

On the 8th day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 8 Weighted lunge walks (30kg/40kg)

On the 9th day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 9 Overhead squatting (30kg/40kg)

On the 10th day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 10 Power Snatches (30kg/40kg)

On the 11th day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 11 Kipping pull ups
