CrossFit Central Manchester – CrossFit


5 Rounds for time of:

-400m Run

-30 Wall balls (6kg/9kg) (9ft/10ft)

-30 Pull-ups


 -400m Row

 -Reduce height or weight

 -Ring rows


Both athletes complete the 400m run.

Wall balls cannot be started until both athletes are back in the room.

Each athlete must do 15 reps each, this can be broken up however they wish, same for the pull-ups.
