Ring Dips


FINISHER

In a team of 2

AMRAP in 7 minutes, of:

-10 Ab-mat Sit-ups

-Max Ring dips

SCALING

Ring dips with a band

Seated Ring dips

Box dips

Whilst Athlete 1 does 10 ab-mat sit-ups, Athlete 2 is completing as many ring dips as possible. Once athlete 1 has finished 10 ab-mat sit-ups they high five their partner and switch places. They continue this for 7 minutes.
