In a team of 2, AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

-2 Muscle-ups

-4 Handstand Push-ups

-8 Kettlebell swings (24kg/32kg)

SCALING

Muscle-up Progressions

Handstand push-up to an ab-mat/ HSPU to an ab-mat and 15kg plate/ HSPU on a box.

Reduce weight

The workout is done as follows, athlete 1 does 1 muscle followed by athlete 2. They then both move to do 2 handstand push-ups each. Finally they complete 4 KB swings each.
