In a team of 2 complete the following for time:
8 Rounds of:
-100 Double unders
-50 Toes to bar
-20 Pistols (alternating legs)
25 Double unders/ 200 Singles
Kness to elbows/Knees to armpits/An-mat Sit-ups
Assisted pistols/ Air squat
The work is divided up equally between the team. Each athlete completes 50 Double unders each. This can be broken up any
way the athletes want, (50 and 50 or they could do 25, 25, 25, 25).
Once they have completed the double unders they then move to the toes to bar. Again the work is divided equally, 25 Toes to
bar each, but can be broken up however the athletes choose.
Once completed they then move onto the pistols and complete 10 each, broken up however is needed. However make sure to
alternate legs on every rep!
