In a team of 2 complete the following:
AMRAP in 6 minutes, of:
-8 KB Swings (24kg/32kg)
-Max L-Sit Ring hold
While Athlete 1 is completing the 8 KB swings, Athlete 2 is holding an L-Sit on the rings. Once the 8 KB swings are completed the athletes switch. If the Athletes at any point lose the Ring hold before the 8 swings are completed the athlete doing the KB swings must stop and wait until the other athlete is back in position on the rings.
