-Strict handstand push-ups

AMRAP in 7 minutes, of:

-Power cleans (50kg/70kg)

-Pistols

SCALING

Reduce weight

HSPU to an ab-mat/ HSPU to x1 ab-mat and x1 15kg plate/ HSPU on a box

Assisted Pistol/ Air squat
