-L-Pull ups

Spend 20-30 minutes working through the progressions of an L-Pull-up

FINISHER

In a team of 4 complete:

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

-Max Strict Pull-ups

-10 Burpees

SCALING

Banded Strict Pull-ups

Athlete 1 completes as many strict pull-ups as possible, as soon as the athlete drops from the bar the team all complete 10 burpees each, once all burpees are completed Athlete 2 then completes as many strict pull-ups as possible. Again once the athlete drops from the bar the whole team must complete 10 burpees before Athlete 3 can start their strict pull-ups. Continue in this sequence until the 10 minutes is over.
