On the first day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

On the second day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

On the third day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 3 Wall climbs

– 2 Toes to bar

– and a 60kg Clean and jerk

On the fourth day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 4 Burpees please

– 3 Wall climbs

– 2 Toes to bar

– and a 60kg Clean and jerk

On the fifth day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 5 Box Jumps (22″/24″)

– 4 Burpees please

– 3 Wall climbs

– 2 Toes to bar

– and a 60kg Clean and jerk

On the sixth day of Christmas my coaches gave to me;

– 6 Kettlebell swinging (16kg/24kg)

– 5 Box Jumps (22″/24″)
