2-4-1 Wall balls is where you squat with the ball and throw, then do another squat before you catch the ball.
Athlete 1 and 2 are working together. They both go for the run, neither athlete can start Wall Balls until they are both back
from the run. They must complete 25 (2-4-1) Wall balls total, this does not need to be an even split so one athlete can do 1
(2-4-1) Wall ball and the other does 24.
