In a team of 3 complete the following for time:
-150 Toes-to-bar
-200 Burpees
-250 Central Sit-ups
SCALING
Knees to elbows/ Knee raises/ Ab-mat Sit-ups
Place hands on the floor to help you stand up
Central Sit-up = you do a sit-up, instead of touching your toes you stand up and jump, then go into a squat and back into a sit-up. Momentum is key.
