WOD

In a team of 2, complete the following for time:

5 Rounds for time of:

-400m Run

-30 Ground to overhead with a plate (10kg/20kg)

-30 Wall balls (6kg/9kg)

SCALING

200m Run or 400m Row

Reduce weight

Reduce height/ Reduce weight

Athlete 1 and 2 complete the 400m Run, neither athlete can start the wall balls until both are back from the run. Once they are both back they can start their 30 Ground to Overhead, each athlete does 15 each, this can be broken up however they want. Once all 30 reps are completed they can then move onto the 30 Wall balls. Again each athlete must complete 15 reps each, this can be broken up however they want.
