Saturday 7th July and Sunday 8th July 2012
You will need to ‘Sign in’ on Friday 6th July from 8pm – 9.30pm, to confirm you are competing on Saturday. If you are competing as part of a team, only one person needs to sign in the whole team.
Anyone who does not sign in on the Friday will not be able to compete on the Saturday.
On the day the workouts will be completed in the following order;
– Women’s Masters
– Women’s Open
– Men’s Masters
– Men’s Open
There will be head judges assigned to oversee the standards of the workouts. However each athlete will be judging another athlete from a different category. To make it as fair on everyone, if you are not available to judge as listed you will be removed from competing.
Heats will be posted up before the day of the event. It is the athletes responsibility to be ready to compete and judge.
Workouts will be released before the day, along with movement standards for each workout.
There will be two cut-offs. The first cut off will be at the end of day 1. The athletes moving onto day 2 will be announced approximately 1 hour after the last workout has finished on the Saturday.
The second cut off will be before the final on Sunday.
The athletes proceeding to the final will be announced after the final cut off on the Sunday. The breakdown going into the final for each category is as follows;
– 5 Teams
– 5 Masters (Men)
– 10 Men (open)
– 5 Masters (Women)
– 10 Women (open)
After the final workout prizes will be awarded to the following;
– 1st place Team
– 1st place masters (men)
– 1st, 2nd, 3rd place Men’s (open)
– 1st place masters (women)
– 1st, 2nd, 3rd place Women’s (open)
