Spend a minimum of 15 minutes improving the technique of the push press starting with a PVC pipe

WOD

For time
5, 10, 15, 20, 25
– Push press (40kg/60kg)
– Pull-ups

SCALING
Reduce weight
Pull-ups= Ring rows or banded pull-ups

Metcon (Time)

Time cap= 12 minutes

If you do not complete the workout within the time cap, add 1 second to every uncompleted rep.
EXAMPLE
uncompleted reps= 25+25
