Spend 15 minutes breaking down the handstand using the following progressions

-Wall climbs

-Handstand push-ups on a box

-Kicking up into a handstand (Partner Handstand holds)

-Strict handstand push-ups

Warm up to the weight in the workout for the deadlift



For time:

-Deadlift (70kg/100kg)

-Handstand push-ups
