In a team of 2 complete the following for time:
12- 8- 6
-Strict Handstand push-up
-Box jumps (24”/30”)
-Front rack lunges (40kg/60kg)
You go, I go. Athlete 1 starts, once they have completed all 12 Strict HSPU, 12 Box jumps and 12 Lunges athlete 2 can then start their 12 reps of each movement.
