-3 Push press (30kg/50kg)

-3 Overhead squats (30kg/50kg)

-3 Toes to bar

-6 Push press

-6 Overhead squats

-6 Toes to bar

-9 Push press

-9 Overhead squats

-9 Toes to bar

-12 Push press

-12 Overhead squats

-12 Toes to bar

15,15  18,18.. etc

 

SCALING

Reduce weight

Knees to elbows

Knees to armpits

Ab-Mat Sit-ups

 

Only one barbell. Weight is decided based on what you can overhead squat not what you can push press.
