-5 Thrusters (30kg/42.5kg)

-5 Chest-to-bar pull-ups

-10 Thrusters

-10 Chest-to-bar pull-ups

15 Thrusters

-15 Chest-to-bar pull-ups

-20 Thrusters

-20 Chest-to-bar pull-ups

-25 Thrusters

-25 Chest-to-bar pull-ups

Add 5 reps each time to the Thrusters and Chest to bar pull-ups until the end of the 10 minutes
