It’s the day of the CrossFit Regionals 2011 at the Reebok Bolton Arena!
Simon Jones, Melissa Henderson, Rodrigo Alonso, Charlotte Etherington, Matt Hussey and Janine Beach will be representing CrossFit Central Manchester as a team and Samantha Briggs and Jay Jee will be competing as individuals.
