Wall climbs

WOD

Teams of 2:

There are 2 stations:

– Wall climbs

– 60 Clean and Jerk (40kg/60kg)

One person starts on each station. The wall climbs are the timer. Whilst one person does 2 wall climbs the other person does as many clean and jerks as they can, in the time it takes the 1st person to do the 2 wall climbs.

Once the 2 wall climbs are done, rotate stations, continue to rotate stations until a total of 60 clean and jerks are completed.

Then immediately follow with…

– Burpee box jumps (22″/24″)

– 200 Double unders

Again one person starts on each station. The burpee box jumps are the timer. Whilst one person does 5 burpee box jumps, the other person does as many double unders they can, in the time it takes the 1st person to do the 5 burpee box jumps.

Once the 5 burpee box jumps are done, rotate stations, continue to rotate stations until a total of 200 double unders are completed.
