As a team of 4 complete the above WOD. All four athletes perform the entire workout. The first athlete enters and completes the 20 Shoulder to overhead (STOH). When that athlete has completed the STOH, they move on to Box jumps, and the second athlete may begin the STOH. This pattern continues, in order, through all of the movements. No athlete can begin their next station until the athlete ahead of them is clear from that station. Once the first athlete has completed the 200m they must wait until the last team mate has completed the 200m, they must high five so that the first athlete can then complete their 2nd 200m run, once the 200m run is completed they move onto the Double unders and the second athlete can start their 2nd 200m run. Again this pattern continues, in order, through all of the movements. The final time is when the last athlete completes 20 STOH for the 2nd time.
