In 3 minutes, complete the following;

– 200m Run (carrying a sandbag)

– 10 Ground to shoulders (with the sandbag)

– 10 Behind the head presses (with the sandbag)

In the remaining time complete;

– As many jumping lunges as possible (with the sandbag on your shoulders)
