– 10 Doube unders on the 1st minute

– 20 Double unders on the 2nd minute

– 30 Double unders on the 3rd minute

– 40 Double unders on the 4th minute

– 50 Double unders on the 5th minute

– 40 Double unders on the 6th minute

– 30 Double unders on the 7th minute

– 20 Double unders on the 8th minute

– 10 Double unders on the 9th minute
