10 sets, 3 reps at 70% of your 1 rep max

– Back squats

WOD

4 Rounds for time of;

– 3 unbroken Front squats at 70% of your 1 rep max

– 6 Box jumps (20”/24”)

– 12 Overhead Lunges (10kg/20kg)

(The front squat must not be dropped or re-racked until all 3 reps have been completed. The barbell can be taken from the squat rack and does not have to start from the ground.)
