4 Rounds for time, of;

– 3 Unbroken Back squats (75% of 1 rep max)

– 50 Double unders

(The back squat must not be dropped or re-racked until all 3 reps have been completed. The barbell can be taken from the squat rack and does not have to start from the ground.)
