HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
Today we are celebrating our 5th Birthday!
We couldn’t be more excited about what 2014 has in store.
It’s been an amazing journey over the years, and our family has grown from strength to strength.
This year at the start of the year we welcomed in four great guys to our coaching team Rob, Joe, Dan and Alex.
By June with our growing family we also grew our gym and took on an extra unit CrossFit Central Manchester 2.0
By the end of the year we had exceed all our expectations and goals for the year which we couldn’t have done without our amazing coaching team, the love and support from our family and to the members our extended family!
A HUGE thank you to all of you!
