SKILL 1

4 Rounds, NOT for time, of;

– Max effort push ups

(Rest 1 minute)

– Max effort strict pull-ups

(Rest 1 minute)

 

SKILL 2

– 20 Rep Back squat

 

(2.5kg increase from last session)

The weight should only increase if you are able to maintaining good form and are able to perform the 20 reps at a good pace.
