– Spend some time improving movement in the Deadlift and Clean before the workout.

For every rep uncompleted at the end of the time cap, add 1 second to the 15 minute time cap for your final time.

WOD

“Lindaish”

10- 9- 8- 7- 6- 5- 4- 3- 2- 1 reps of:
– Deadlift (x1.5 body weight)
– Push-ups
– Clean (3/4 body weight)
