– Your warm should include making your burpee box jumps as efficient as possible

– Spend 10 minutes working on improving your toes to bar



In a team of 4, complete the following for time:

84- 60- 36
– Burpee Box jumps (20″/24″)
– Toes to bar

On the minute, every 3 minutes, complete the following before continuing on with the above couplet:

– 30 Chest to bar pull-ups

– Lower height
– Ab-mat Sit-ups
– Pull-ups or Ring Rows on a box
