– Each team member can only push the prowler a maximum of 10m each time

– Only one person can be working out at one time and an athlete cannot move onto the next movement until all reps are complete

– Spend 10 minutes improving technique in the squat clean

WOD

For time:
In a team of 4 complete the following chipper:
– 160m Prowler (90kg/130kg)
– 100 Squat cleans (40kg/60kg
– 60 Pulls-ups

Reduce weight
Ring rows or banded Pull-ups
