Spend 10 minutes working on the power snatch and then warming up to the weight in the workout

Spend 10 minutes working through improving your technique on the handstand push-up


AMRAP in 7 minutes, of:

– 7 Handstand push-ups
– 7 Burpees
– 7 Power Snatches (30kg/45kg)

Lower the weight
