In a team of 2 complete the following for time:
5-4-3-2-1
Shoulder to overhead (60kg/100kg)
50-40-30-20-10
Double unders
Athlete 1 does 5 shoulder to overhead, then 50 double unders, high your partner. Athlete 2 then does 5 shoulder to overhead and 50 double unders.
Barbell can be taken from the rack.
If you are not going Rxd you must do the WOD at 85/90% of your 1 rep max.
