100 Knees to elbows
100 Push press (15kg/20kg)
100 Ab-mat sit-ups
100 Wall ball shots (6kg/9kg)
100 Burpees
100 Double unders
SCALING
Reduce box jump height
Reduce weight
Knee raises
200 Single skips
The athletes can break up the 100 reps however they wish, but they must complete all 100 reps before moving on to the next movement.
