-40 Toes-to-bar

-50 Goblet squats (16kg/24kg)

(3 minutes rest after each round)

 

SCALING

Pull-ups/ Jumping chest-to-bar

Push-ups on knees

Knees to armpits/ Knees to elbows/ Ab-mat sit-ups

Reduce weight for goblet squat
