Spend 20-30 minutes working on backwards lever progressions.
In a team of 4, complete the following:
AMRAP in 5 minutes, of;
– Max Toes-to-bar
– 5 Burpees
Athlete 1 starts, they must complete as many toes to bar as they can, once they drop from the bar the whole team must them complete 5 Burpees each. Once all the team have complete their 5 Burpees each, Athlete 2 can now do as many toes to bar as they can, once they drop from the bar the whole team must complete 5 Burpees each. Continue this until the time cap of 5 minutes.
