SKILL

Two twins can lift the same weight, can complete workouts in the same timeframe and are matched equally in almost everything.
However twin one has muscle ups and twin two does not.
The pre-requisite for getting a muscle-up is being able to do 3 pull-ups and 3 dips. Both twins can do this. So why can twin one do a muscle-up and twin two cannot?
Check back with us on Wednesday for the answer.
