“Death by..”

‘Fran”

With a continuously running clock do one Thruster on the first minute, two pull ups on the second minute… 3 Thrusters on the 3rd minute, 4 Pull ups on the 4th minute, etc continuing as long as you are able to complete the number of Thrusters or Pull ups in the given time. Remember to alternate between Thrusters and Pull ups, each time!
