Shoulder Press x3
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
– 8 Overhead barbell lunges (30kg/40kg)
– 8 Shoulder to overhead (30kg/40kg)
Unbroken means continuous movement with no resting or dropping the bar in the overhead barbell lunges.
You may rest in the rack position in-between the overhead barbell lunges and shoulder to overhead. However once you start the shoulder to overhead, you again, cannot rest or drop the bar, otherwise you have to start again from the lunges.
