Gymnastics, pick your weakest and work at it:

– Pull-ups

– Toes to bar

– Handstand push ups

– Dips

– Muscle ups

WOD

3 rounds, of:
– 30 Double-unders
– 10 Overhead squats  (42.5kg/ 62.5kg)

then immediately after

3 rounds, of:

– 10 Handstand push-ups
– 12m Prowler push (75kg/100kg)
