Ring L-Sit

WOD

As a team

AMRAP in 13 minutes, of:

– 200m Run

– Max sit ups

– Accumilate 1 minute in ring L-sit

Complete the 200m run together, then one person starts on the L-sit whilst the other person does continous sit ups until their partner has accumilated 30 seconds in the L-sit, then switch over.
