Shoulder press x5

WOD

In a team of 3 complete:

3 rounds for time, of:

– 60 Shoulder press (30kg/40kg)

– 800m Run (or 300 Double unders)

On the shoulder press each person must do no-more and no-less than 20 reps each

The run is done together

For the double unders there is no minimum or maximum cap for each athlete

The shoulder press cannot be started until everyone is the group has finished the run or the double unders

The run or double unders cannot be started until everyone in the group has finished the shoulder press

Only one person can be doing double unders, at a time

The clock is stopped when the last person in the team finishes the double unders or run
