WOD

8 Rounds, of:

– 400m Run

Rest 90 seconds between each run.

(The runs should be all out, max effort runs. Record what time you get on the first run and your aim for the remaining 7 runs is to not go over 10 seconds of your original time.

For example if your first run takes 2 mins you can not go over 2 minutes 10 seconds)
