As a couple, complete the following;

4 Rounds, for time, of;

– 28m Buddy carry (14m each way)

– 06 Wall climbs

– 08 GHD sit ups

Starting with a buddy carry, athlete 1 carries their partner to the 14m mark, once there, they then switch places and the athlete that was carried now carries there partner back.

On the wall climbs each athlete must complete 6 wall climbs each, this can be broken up however they choose. Only one athlete can work at one time.

Once they have both finished they can move over to the GHD, again they must complete 8 sit ups each and it can be broken up however they choose. Again only one athlete can work at one time.
