The After Party at the hotel

Skill 1

– L-Hold for time;

Stack two piles of x3 25kg plates for the hands. Place x1 10kg plate in front for the feet. The feet must not touch the 10kg plate, if they do the time is up.
Scale – Place more plates down to make it higher

Skill 2

– Farmers Carry;
30 seconds for distance (24kg/32kg)

WOD

3 rounds, for time;
10 Front squat (40kg/60kg)
50 Double unders
